Premium Services Terms and Conditions

These conditions govern the purchase and use of Premium Services offered through Fablea.it.
1. Subscription Types
Subscriptions are available with monthly, quarterly, or annual duration. The features, access limits, and content included in each plan are described on the dedicated pricing page.
The Owner reserves the right to update the characteristics of the plans, ensuring compliance with the conditions already subscribed to for the active subscription period.
2. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are securely processed through SumUp (SumUp Ireland Limited), which acts as the payment service provider and handles transaction processing.
Before proceeding with payment, the user is required to review the following SumUp legal documents:
By accepting the purchase, the user also accepts the contractual conditions applicable to the payment services provided by SumUp Ireland Limited.
3. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the selected period unless canceled before the renewal date through the account management panel on Fablea.it.
If not canceled, the amount will be automatically charged to the saved payment method.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 59 letter o) of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of digital content on a non-material medium if execution has begun with the consumer’s express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
By activating the subscription, the user requests immediate activation of the digital service, accepts its immediate delivery, and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.
5. Refund Policy
No refunds are provided, except in exceptional cases of verified technical malfunction exclusively attributable to the Owner that completely prevents access to the service.
6. Payment Disputes
Any payment dispute must be preceded by a support request. Abusive or unfounded chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of the account.
7. Non-Payment
In the event of non-payment on the renewal date, access to Premium Services will be immediately deactivated and the account will be converted to the free plan.
